a. User-Provided Credentials

To enable core functionality, the App requires users to enter their BrickLink API Token and Secret.

• API credentials are transmitted to and stored on our backend services in encrypted form using industry-standard security measures.
• Credentials are used solely to perform BrickLink inventory updates initiated by the user.
• Credentials are not sold, shared, or used for advertising or tracking.

b. Camera and Image Data

The App uses your device's camera to scan LEGO parts for identification.

• Images are captured only for part identification purposes.
• Images are transmitted to a third-party image recognition service (Brickognize) to identify LEGO parts.
• Images are not associated with your identity.
• Images are not used for advertising or tracking.
• The App does not access your photo library.

c. Usage Data

We collect limited usage data to support app functionality and improve reliability, including the number of scans performed and basic app version and diagnostic information. This information does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Identify LEGO parts
• Update your BrickLink inventory at your request
• Track scan usage against your subscription plan
• Improve app performance and reliability

We do not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Sensitive information, including API credentials, is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard measures.
• Access to stored information is restricted to necessary app functionality.
• Reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
• No method of electronic storage or transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only when necessary to communicate with third-party services you choose to use (such as BrickLink or Brickognize), or to comply with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

• BrickLink – inventory management
• Brickognize – AI-powered LEGO part identification

Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

All subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information directly.

7. Your Choices

You may revoke camera access at any time through your device settings, remove stored credentials by discontinuing use of the App, or request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
